Initial Concept Descovery

Goal: Understand the client’s idea, need, or challenge.
Service:
- Intake meeting with a Gildi consultant.
- Mapping of vision, goals, and initial scope.
- Identify the client’s motivation: Why now? Why this?

Step 2:

Strategic Positioning & Evaluation

Goal: Determine if the idea is viable and aligned with the market.
Service:
- Market analysis (basic level).
- Identification of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT).
- Positioning the concept in Gildi’s value model.
- Determine if the idea fits one or more of Gildi’s sub-concepts (e.g., GildiImpact, GildiInvest, GildiSpark).

Step 3:

Project Structuring

Goal: Turn the idea into an actionable project.
Service:
- Define what is to be done (product/service/process).
- Define who is needed (roles, partners, skills).
- Decide where it should be built or launched (digital/physical).
- Determine how it will be delivered (platform, method, partner).
- Clarify ownership and responsibilities.

Step 4

Feasibility & Readiness Check

Goal: Decide if the project is ready to be initiated.
Service:
- Risk evaluation.
- Budget and funding needs.
- Internal capability and resource match check.
- Gildi-readiness score (can it move to GildiSpark or needs adjustment?).

Step 5:

Recommendation and Next Steps

- Goal: Give clear go/no-go recommendation and define action plan.
- Service:
  - Summary report (PDF or Notion).
  - Roadmap suggestion: Continue, Adjust, or Rebuild.
  - Handover to GildiSpark if approved.
  - If not ready: provide a task list and optionally offer mentoring or revision support.
